ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS
All photographs published under Creative Commons License must have placed, directly next to or under the image, the words "©Bruce Marlin". In no event can our images or other content be used in commercial publishing, electronic, print or other media without express written permission from Red Planet Inc, regardless of Creative Commons licensing. Our images on Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, Flickr or other image display site are also subject to these attribution requirements per the terms of Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported or other Creative Commons license as noted on corresponding Wikimedia or Wikipedia page.

We are ethusiastic donators of images for bona fide nonprofit public educational use. If you would like to use our images (such as for doctoral thesis, classroom use, &tc.), for permission, licensing or reproduction rights please email: Webmaster. 

Please supply a complete list of the images or content you wish to use, and a detailed account of the publishing media, be it print, website or other digital rights required. The easiest way to complete your list is right-click on an image and select "copy image url" then paste to your list. Commercial requests will not be quoted without a specific list. Approximately 75% of our images are available as RAW files.
